After booking, you will receive confirmation of the address of your apartment. Check-in takes place at 3 Plaza de la Merced.

Contact hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 until 13:30 and 16:30 until 20.00, and from 10.00 until 14.00 on Saturdays. There is also 24-hour emergency telephone line.
Please note that arrivals after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 20.
A refundable damages deposit is payable at check-in (see Hotel Policies). Alternatively a credit card may be left as a guarantee.
